This statement applies to the online ordering on this website of Demo Diner and, where the venue has them, to its self-order kiosks.
Conformance status
Partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: some parts do not yet fully conform. They are listed below.
Content that is not fully accessible
- Dish names, descriptions and pages the venue writes itself are not covered by this assessment. Dish photos are treated as decoration: each dish is named in text beside its photo.
- Where the venue has self-order kiosks, they have no screen reader or tactile keypad. Their accessible view offers larger text, high contrast, controls within reach and more time; a guest who needs more help can ask a member of staff.
- The menu sections are reached with the Tab key; the arrow keys do not move between them.
- The assessment was made by rendering and measuring every ordering screen and reviewing the code; it has not yet been tested with people who use assistive technology.
